Yes. For customized orders requiring logo or photo placement, our team shares the design on WhatsApp for approval before production.
How long does delivery take?
Production usually takes 3–5 days, and delivery generally takes an additional 5-7 days depending on location.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
We offer Partial COD on eligible orders. A small advance payment may be required to confirm personalized orders.
Can I return a customized product?
As customized products are made specifically for each customer, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
